Tour Spotlight: Beer/Pub Crawl

This post is dedicated to one of the best fixtures in the Fargo/Moorhead community: beer.

Our most popular tour is the beer and pub crawl tour! On this tour, guests will travel by segway to four different bars around Fargo while learning about the history of the downtown, a little bit about the process of making beer, as well as try samples from all four bars! At the end of the tour we give coupons for one free pint to your favorite place from the tour. Without further ado, here are the stop locations!

Drekker was started in 2014 by a few friends in a garage. With tasty beer with  unique names and two locations, one downtown and another in an old locomotive repair facility featuring pinball machines and outdoor space, Drekker has become a landmark brewery in Fargo.

Front Street is on Main Ave and features over 30 MN & ND craft beers and cider. The Taproom is a perfect date night given their live entertainment every day of the week from music to comedy.

Fargo Brewing Company was started in 2011 by two friends who wanted to bring craft beer to North Dakota, and boy did they. As the first operational brewery in North Dakota, owners Aaron Hill, Jared Hardy, and brothers Chris and John Anderson, now produce 55% of all beer made in North Dakota.

We couldn’t not include Wild Terra, even though they serve cider. As one of North Dakota’s first cideries, Wild Terra has quickly become a community favorite for their flavorful and unique cider flavors, as well as the quirky kombucha combinations that are sure to make any tongue tingle. However, beer lovers we didn’t want you to feel jipped so we made a deal with Wild Terra, as well as a staple across the river (and is frankly just too far for us on this tour) and this stop does include tastings of Junkyard Brewing Company’s beer, something only our tour guests get to enjoy at Wild Terra. Junkyard is known for their experimental beers and "crowler" can releases.

Don’t worry about getting a SWI (segwaying while intoxicated), our stops include 2 oz servings equaling 8 oz total. Note: only guests 21+ with a valid ID will be allowed on the tour.
